The service
SetFlow is a messaging management tool operated by SocialFlow. It lets a business connect its own Instagram professional account, view the direct-message conversations people send to that account, respond to them (including with automated replies the business configures), and coordinate appointment scheduling through the business’s own calendar. It can also reply to comments on the business’s own posts under rules the business sets, and show the business insights about its own account and content.
Accounts and acceptable use
The service is provided to businesses under an agreement with SocialFlow. You may only connect an Instagram account you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for the instructions, content, and scheduling links you configure. You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited outreach, to violate Meta’s platform terms or community standards, or to break any applicable law. SocialFlow may suspend access that it reasonably believes violates these terms.
Messaging behavior
The service only messages people who have first messaged the connected account or commented on its posts, and only as Instagram permits: one private reply to a comment, and other messages inside Instagram’s messaging windows. Recipients can stop automated messages at any time by replying STOP, and the business can disable automation on any conversation or block any handle. There is no bulk sending and no contact import.

How we collect, use, retain, and delete data, including data received through Meta’s APIs, is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Instagram is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc.; SetFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
